As a small business, we depend upon on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty cottages due to booking lead in times. 

For cancellations up to 10 days before the booking the accommodation fee will be refunded less the 20% administration fee.

For cancellations within 10 days - all monies will be forfeited.

Please note that cancellations must be received in writing.
