
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small business, we depend upon on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty cottages due to booking lead in times.
For all cancellations your deposit will be refunded less 10% (of the booking total).
Please note that cancellations require a minimum of 7 days notice and must be received in writing.
We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
The full amount is required to confirm your booking.
Please contact us for banking deposit details. EFT payments are preferred.
Please contact us by email with your transaction or receipt number so we can confirm booking and forward you all other information you will need for your stay.
